During the Royally Obsessed podcast Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito discussed Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s wedding. Ms Fiorito stated that Princess Beatrice’s mother Sarah Ferguson was the brains behind the wedding reception and was tasked with organising the event in just two weeks.
Ms Bowie said: “I love all the details that keep coming out from the wedding.”
Ms Fiorito replied: “Yeah, I was going to mention that there is a great article in the Telegraph which is worth reading about the role that Fergie played.
“She was apparently the brains behind the reception and was given the task of having two weeks to pull the whole thing together.
“She was like let’s get a bouncy castle, let’s get a jukebox, let’s get a dartboard and she had this whole bohemian vibe that she wanted to pull off.
“Apparently, she is just unstoppable, that is what the article presents her as.”
Ms Bowie joked: “Can Fergie be my wedding planner?”
Ms Fiorito responded: “I know right, mother of the bride.”
Ms Bowie added: “She did an amazing job in two weeks, that is awesome.”
